Getting there: The La Manga Club complex is on the Southern coast of the Spanish mainland just over a two hour flight away from the UK. The nearest airport is Murcia, from which it should take you less than half an hour to reach the apartment. Alternatively you could fly to Alicante which would give you about a 75 minute drive. If you can not or do not wish to drive from the airport, we can arrange for you to be collected from either Murcia or Alicante airports and transferred directly to the apartment. The approximate cost's for this service are; pick up and return to Murcia airport, €50 each way, for pick up and return to Alicante airport, €100 each way. These fees are payable directly in cash to your driver, so make sure you have enough Euro's with you. For up to 4 people the pick up car is normally a white Mercedes, for more than 4 guests unfortunately we cannot guarantee the type of vehicle.
The main roads are all quite new and very well sign posted, but do not forget to drive on the other side of the road! If you are not used to driving abroad may we suggest you hire an automatic car (at very little extra cost), just one less thing to worry about. We would advise you to hire your car from home, it may work out a little cheaper, make sure it is big enough for golf clubs, tennis rackets and sports equipment plus luggage. Should you decide not to, hiring at Alicante or Murcia will not cause you to many problems, only perhaps in high season where the usual holiday demand will be far greater.
